The plans are absurd. They will make you work out the same routine for at least one month. That gets very monotonous and boring. Also they'll give you a full body workout plan for a month which is senseless. A full body workout on a daily basis is utter nonsense. If you really want to get in shape this place is not for you. Regretting getting here. Please save your money and don't ever get here. Exercise workout to each member is as per their need and requirement. I have opted batch initially for first 3 months for my knee pain.
