Kids Club

  • Planned and well-organized activities like field trips, Campfires, and summer camps
  • Indoor activities such as Surya Namskar, Yogasan, Omkar and breathing techniques for mindfulness and physical well-being
  • Recreational activities like drawing, coloring, and crafts.
SCHEDULE – 5 Days in a week
Monday to Friday: 5 pm to 6 pm

Rhythmic Gymnastics

  • Rhythmic gymnastics, part of the Olympic program, a sport specifically for female sportspersons
  • Rhythmic gymnastics: floor performances with tools like hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, or rope
  • Give the experience of gymnastics, dance, and calisthenics, together under experienced trainers
  • Develop strength, flexibility, agility, dexterity, and coordination.
  • Suitable for children of all levels, from beginners to aspiring gymnasts
SCHEDULE – 2 Days in a week
Tuesday and Thursday: 6 pm to 7.30 pm
Age Group: 3 yrs onwards

Active Fitness Club

  • Functional training, running, mobility; agility exercise, stretching; fun games
  • Well-structured activities resulting to improve: Stamina, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Posture, Fitness Level, Awareness, Appetite, Personality, Confidence, Positivity, Will Power, Memory, Concentration, Grasping
  • Experts guidance 
SCHEDULE – 5 Days in a week
Monday to Friday: 6 pm to 7.30 pm.
