THC Cardio Section is to boost their cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Our workout plans are designed to help you burn calories, increase stamina, and improve overall heart health. We offer a variety of the best-in-class cardio equipment such as;

  • Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and more
SCHEDULE – 3 Days & 6 Days
Combination with Cardio – Gym or Yoga

TOTAL FITNESS - Complete Fitness Solution

  • Improves Stamina, Strength, Agility, Body Composition, Weight Management and Overall Performance
  • The program includes Gym, Cardio, Aerobics, Zumba, Bollywood Dance Fitness & Yoga 
  • Member can come twice in a day & do whatever she likes to do

TIME – Flexible timing – 6:00 am to 8:00 pm – All activities
Happy Hours – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – (Only Cardio & Gym)
